your above question is funny...but in my photoshop classes i had, we didn’t go too in -depth...although i try to tackle different types of work...

as we speak, im working on a 3rd version.....

Firstly, follow some basic tuts. They will help you, a lot.

Secondly, bookmark both DeviantArt and PlanetRender.com. Go to each whenever you needs new things for photoshop.

View > Filter > Distort > Then select a good .psd. You can get some nice effects with this.

Understand direction and flow. Don’t have things branch in different directions, sure, some sigs do it, and they can sometimes pull it off. But it’s better to stick with an overall correction.

..recently i’ve been having some serious problems using gradients to merge the images i’ve bee nmasking...

my largest backgrounds i get from deviant art, but ...i hardly find other stuff there....

planetrenders..i haven’t used yet...a good idea ,though...time to start..

Only complaint I have is I wish the hood showed up more but other than that this is exactly what I was looking for.

At the moment, i’m tryng to merge two backgrounds, which i’ll post here....

they don’t have a LOT of sharp contrast in their colors, but i can’t find a winning way to use them for thi sig..
