I’m pretty happy with the foreground and the halftone, but the background... not so sure about it.

This is a possible variation on it.

If you made the background color blend more with her hair, and perhaps use a cleaner, more techy brush, it could kick major ass.

I actually did the background by making a solid background, randomly burning different parts, then smudging it randomly.
