This was the result of a misguided and sleep-deprived collaboration between Haylias and myself. We made a desktop mascot featuring Horo the Wise from the anime Spice & Wolf. We make no claim that it’s good at all, but we were bored. Adding this will place a small animated character at the top of whatever window is active at the moment as long as it isn’t maximized.

Requirements
1. The mascot program
2. Horo mascot file
Installation
1. Install the mascot program
2. Download the Horo mascot file
3. Export the .rar wherever you like.
4. With the Mascot program, select “Open mascot”
5. Select the “Horo the Wise” file wherever you exported it to.
6. You will get an error message about not having the frames or something to that effect.
7. The editor will open. At the bottom, you will be able to associate the frames with the proper included .bmp file.
8. Once you have associated the .bmp files, try using the mascot.
