Heh, i managed to release these the day before my b-day....

I will be adding these to my normal sig topic as well.

A while ago, after looking at Cid and Chaos Theory’s sigs...and then seeing similar quality in Maggotfaces , and Kagrenac’s ...and espeically Firewolf, i decided ot start upon improving my Sig skills....

Hopefully i’ve improved from my first ones....

So here is my improved series signatures...i planned to do more, and kinda still do, but they were slow going..

Afterimages

DBZ influenced, background based(rocky battlefield), lots of detail in shading and such, more to it than you can tell

Burn:

A small collaboration with a half border. Rougher blending, perhaps.

Jenova

early Jenova one that i did. Light streaks are there for false concealment.

FROZONE
Chillyman 's request

a alternating blend of ice and hidden glass, lighting made to emphasize details

Dimensional Liquid

Simple abstract, influence from Firewolf and Cid helped here. Background was Created by me.

Eye Aquaeous

Experiments with self made blurs, created backgrounds, and blending yielded to this. This is the NEWEST(latest) of the improved sig series as of this batch.

The Firewolf
Take a wild guess who this is for

a long tme ago i did one for him in the kings of Moviecodec topic. Was a fire fox, early signature detail, not much. Call this setting it straight.

Heavy shading and lighting used to this. Begening of increased effort into elements began with this one. Not a bad start out.

Neo Sunglasses

Surfacing from a current mini-obsession with The Matrix Mastered sizing , and overlaying. Start of hues work.

SpaceStorm

A really powerful background sig. Backgrounds utilized in uique ways to rival those of abstracts. Colors drastically changed, with cloud effects added.

Tree Marbles

For Treeplanter

blending really came through. Transform perspectives ensure for what appears to be even a C4d, coloring and streaking resulting from experiments with hues , lighting done personally.

Sonic Space

a failed attempt which i have retouched. Contrary to initial thoughts, dodging and burning cannot solve all problems. Lighting added(the sun). nonconventional flow used.

Navras

Those to who the name seems familiar will remember this epic song

Matrix themed. Start of my assault at mastering manual 3-d effects.

Storm

My blend of similar images with Hues largely adjusted. My Start of prefereed elemental work.

Enter Kagrenac

Lightly modified ,heavily lighted ,Kagrenac matrix themed work. An pre-cursor to some of the I series

An Electric will

Most worked on sig, and personal favorite out of the batch of Improved-series sigs. Based on an Electric Angel theme, with some element work added in. From it’s sucess in expermenting with lightning effects ,and art. Credit to Deviant art for the multitudes of subtle stock ideas and effects. The overlaying was hard, and not perfected. Dodging and Burn work heavily invested into this one. Based off of own guest name, An Electric Will. This piece is version one, more to follow up.

And that concludes my improved Series Signatures. The ones that are based on or for people, yes those are for you. While i am not easily able to match the senior graphic editers in many ways( still haven’t utilized c4d) , I hope i can say these are an improvement from my blocky originals.

I must add that semi-large sigs work out best for me, however.

thanks, everyone.

at some point in the future when i actually have time to spare, i’ll attempt at making another I-level sig.

A notion that is probably a far off idea, is when i master c4d and more techniques, i’ll do something similar to this again....anyway...

for here, i either might go ahead and try to do a workable 2nd version of one or two of those, or make a new one.

but i’m not done with I-level sigs yet.

and mask, you already have some REALLY good sigs, lol....

Getting better, don’t give up

this is mah fave.

It’s not too hard to look at and it has a reasonable dimension to it’s height. It’s simple but that is what gives it, it’s appeal
