if i do this one, it’d be sort of a 3 side by side, like the war of the mods sries i did...
a dark background...meh, i might be able to brush burn it a bit....
if i get to it, ill see what i can do
tho im reluctant to try
Well I want to kind of look like they are rendered in the same picture. Like it’s supposed to look like the three are playing a concert together or something. Kinda like that.
Opacity is the transparency of an image or layer, it has nothing to do with what’s being discussed... Chibi means he wants it blended together, like they’re all part of the same image. Which would typically require either a lot of photo editing to make everything match. Case in point would be image worms. Or you’d have to render the three people and paste them all onto a canvas then edit the canvas to create a nice background.

changing opacity on the 3 IS a good way to help blend them, if you go that route
Nothign to do with it? not really
kurt, this is in progress, tell me how you like it so far...

Ah... There’s actually a much, much, better way to blend them into a background though. Instead of lowering the opacity and making the entire image see through, you can use your lasso to make a circle around the image... Trying to follow the curves of the render but actually going over parts of their body. Then right click the selection and feather it by 10-20 points. Finally go down to the bottom right corner and between the layer style and adjustment layer button, hit the button to add a layer mask. It gives a much nicer blended effect.
So instead of this
You get this, which only has parts of the edges blended so that the focal point remains intact.

truthfully, other than clipping masks, i have a bti of a hard time , often, using masks to achieve that. Although i wish i could perfect doing things like that.
and you’re right, the focal point is what’s important.
i’l ltry to take your tips to good use.
Feathering....haha, im used to doing that for picture frames, not much else
:/
i really have gotten rusty, and need to mess around with it more.
i was GOING to try to start learning GIMP, now, which i have
