I’d have to say yes. It gives more meaning to the ban and I’ve recently started doing this if I know of any alt. Accounts. but some people make that difficult. King John, for example has been banned close to 20 times.

Yes, but I don’t reckon anyone should be permanently banned from their IP because two people might share the same computer.
