Actually in all fairness I sent Haylias a pm telling him I was going to ban him but according to cid he hadn’t seen the warning and it was his first post.

Spam is typically obvious, but sometimes it’s up to a mods judgment on what and is not spam. I didn’t see Boo’s posts myself, this is why I’m not defending or attacking his claim, as I don’t know what he posted.

It’s a technical impossibility for the mods to be 100% fair on every single thing. This is why members are allowed to make topics like this after they have been warned or banned, if they feel the mod was either unfair or used their power abusively.

Also, @ Nihilus. I don’t know about anybody else. But I ban dupes if they’re used too. Allowing them to use an alt account is kind of stupid and makes the ban worthless. Thus the reason Boo is currently a guest.

Point taken Kag. I bow to your expertese. At least you all allow appeals. The other site didn’t. The moderator that banned me just said “Take a month off to reflect, wise guy." and that was that. Plus, I don’t think it was fair for him to punish my parents and siblings too.
