Aren’t Movie Codec’s and almost all Codec’s for that matter most commonly used to rip copywriter material out of video’s in order to use them, which illegally violates copywriter laws? For a sight called MovieCodec.com, seems strange that talking about illegal: cracks, warez, serialz and illegal files are against the rules. Just seems a bit backwards.

1) Cracks, warez, serialz, illegal files (this includes using other peoples copyrighted works without permission) etc. You are not allowed to discuss these things or post links to these things! Posting or using plagiarized work falls under this rule also.“
Alright, so we can’t even discuss it? We can’t post anything that we did not ask for permission for?
You may as well make a rule to tell people to not even post. Because it’s obvious free speech and the right to remain anonymous is too much to ask for.

HEY! That is an Opinion bordering on Flaming! That is against the.. <re-reads rules>... oh... it isn’t... YET
Seems like people are still having trouble following these new rules. Maybe you should have permanently banned them Bjarne, the reason I told you to make the bans so harsh was to set an example.

Actually, if you are going to TALK about it, that probably will be allowed under fair use as, perhaps, criticism or commentary. But using it for commercial purposes or causing damages to the original copyright holder will get you in trouble.

Plagiarizing is posting Text/Images (Graphic, picture, map or photos) that you claim to be your OWN work.
BUT Giving credit to the original author/creator by citing sources is a way to use other people’s work without plagiarizing them.
This rule is just silly and utterly useless here on Moviecodec. And as for the nonsense i’ve heard about Bjarne being sued because users posted images that has been supposedly plagiarized is RIDICULOUS and PATHETIC in my humble opinion.
Rule number 7 States PUBLICLY that: [/b]You are responsible for anything that you post, not the staff of moviecodec.com. If you disagree with this, DO NOT POST.[/b]
So for all the whiny cunts that bitch about their “PRICELESS/MASTERPIECE” Images/Pictures being plagiarized, take it up with the person/people that posted it/them in the first place. AT BEST all you can do is COMPLAIN/WHINE/BITCH to Bjarne for it/them to be Deleted/Moderated. HE cannot be held responsible for what OTHER PEOPLE POST on here. He stats it quiet CLEARLY in rule number 7.
Get a better pair of glasses, Preferably with the thick bottletop lenses in them, or SHUT THE FUCK UP. Ok
