Ok Cid these are some suggested changes I made. It’s still somewhat lengthy, but I tightened up some of the sentences.
1.) Do not discuss any forms of illegal activities on the forums or through PMs. This includes cracks, warez, serials, illegal downloads and ways to hack this site or others or any type to cause damage to this site or others. Posting another’s personal information is also not allowed. This includes names, addresses, SS/SN Numbers, and pictures without that person’s consent. Posting your own information is ill advised as well.
2.) Excessive profanity is generally frowned upon and flaming in excessive amounts can result in a ban. This includes harassing or bullying members. This also includes suggesting suicide or making threats on a person or person’s life, these things are not tolerated and will result in a ban.
3.) Discrimination against one or many racial groups, religion, sex, sexual orientation is also not allowed. Debates are welcomed, however you have no right to post inflammatory or clearly ridiculous allegations against certain ways of life or otherwise. Doing so will likely result in a ban.
4.) Spamming the forums is not allowed. Please try to stay on topic. There are some forums where going off-topic is permitted, such as Off-Topic. The sections you are to stay on topic in at all times are On Topic and Feedback. Avoid posting multiple times in a row or creating multiple topics in rapid succession. Doing so may result in a ban, especially if it is excessive. Advertising other sites can also be considered spamming. You’re welcome to add a link to your signature but advertising other sites in a post or creating a thread is not allowed.
5.) Our forums are to remain, for the most part, kid friendly. Adult images, videos, or other media showing nudity in any form are prohibited, as well as linking to such content, and will result in an immediate ban. Avoid making perverse comments, especially as there are minors on this site. This is illegal in most countries and will NOT be tolerated. Offenders will be banned and if necessary reported to the police. We take this rule very seriously.
6.) Our games, movie, and television forums tend to be very active and the latest releases are constantly being talked about. We do not have spoilers tags on this forum, but there are still ways to mark spoilers. You can make your text white with the color BB code or you can put in large bold text at the top of your post “Spoiler Alert” or something similar. Posts with major spoilers will likely be edited when seen and repeaters could be banned.
7.) These same rules are in regard to all formats of communication on this site. This includes Posts, Thread Titles, User Names, User Titles, Signatures, Avatars, User Pages, and PMs.
Moderators can use their judgment about what constitutes “excessive” in terms of such things as spamming, flaming, profanity, etc.
Special Note on bans across multiple accounts.
In some cases a moderator may have the right to not only ban a rule breaking account but also other accounts that person may have. This should only be done if it is certain the accounts in question all belong to the same person. This should only be done to serious infractions to the site rules. And finally bans given to other accounts shouldn’t be as harsh as the ban given to the main account.
I forgot to add this earlier but I suggest a rule against plagiarism, allowing Admins to delete signatures and posts of people who still other’s work and if it persists bans to be given out.

Bjarne, this is the guy I made that suggestion for. He continuously steals mine and now my brother’s work and uses it as his own. He actually took that above image, which was created by Chaos Theory, and posted it into the Signature of the Week competition as if he made it himself.
Also, while I’m at it. Would you consider calling religion a disease and comparing the religious people to the KKK breaking rule 5?
