This was a problem back when I had just joined I just remember people saying gay was banworthy or some shit.

It was only banworthy under certain circumstances.

If someone came on to the site and mentioned they were gay, then someone bombarded them with 'Faggot!' posts, that warranted a ban. If someone called someone a faggot as a joke or an innocent insult, but not to specifically target their sexuality, that was not worth a ban, or even a warning. (Unless ofcourse they spammed an entire post with the word, then it was excessive flaming.)

Honestly, this site is extremely laid back. People come here because of how relaxed the rules are. By enforcing idiotic twists of the rules, you’re just driving people away.

You should only ban someone for the word 'gay' or 'faggot' if they’re directly targeting someone for their sexuality. And even then, they should get a few warnings.
