Help me install avatar

I put the one I want with the [img]thingy[/img]
put in my password, click install and nothing happens...it just sits there for a million years. Am I doing something wrong?

I tried putting one up on mine and i keep getting an error message....I know the pic is the correct dimentions and small enough file size...

Can you not use a pic that is on your computer?

Save the avatar from here.

Go to Account page.

Scroll down to Avatar.

Click the “Browse” button.

Go to where you saved the image and select it.

Enter password and update profile.


That should do it.

The one I want to use is a pic that i have on my p.c that i have cut down to the correct dimentions. I guess what i should have asked is that can i upload from my hard drive or do i have to use a website?

Are you trying to save it from their page or the link I gave you?

Dammit!!! It keeps saying unsupported file type uploaded...Its a jpeg image, like 4 kb and is 125 pixles by 125 pixles....what the hell am i doing wrong?

I try to save it to my files. Other stuff comes up and I don’t know what to do with them. Mom wasn’t much help either.
