All the mods do a wonderful job, but, 11 is too many.

To tell you the truth, there are some mods that shouldn’t have been mods at all.... this is really, offending some of the older members around here, I already talk to zucas about this...

Nothing against you. As a moderator you appear to be doing a fine job. It is just I prefered the number to never get above six.

i came in a little late.

i never expected the 3 new ones to get it, that was pure shock to me.

I’m sending this to you as a suggestion alone. Right now we have 8 moderators on staff, which would be a good number... if it wasn’t for the fact that several of them are no longer active. SA-X and Goldenraptor are almost never around from what I can see now. Etain has been active, but she herself said that she’s not really active enough. Anonymous really only works back on MovieCodec. And Totalitus has been becoming less and less active over time. As it stands, only 3 moderators are fairly active. Dante666, Firewolf78, and myself.

So, I’m suggesting 3 people for the rank of Moderator. I’ve asked Both Dante and Etain about their thought on these three and they both agree completely with them. Those three people are

Tyreaus (He used to go by Tyreaus Rhade)
Green_Ninja
Kev360

All three people have been around for a long time, have great posting records, and know the rules fairly well and I believe that each of them would make a fine addition to the team.

Tyreaus has even created a thread on the subject and so far all feedback has been positive from everybody, including four moderators. Anonymous, Etain, Firewolf, and myself.

Green_Ninja has access to my own account for times that I knew I would be gone for a day or so. She is also responsible for cleaning up several pictures of porn and banning the perpetrator just a couple days ago.

Kev360 has always showed promise, he has had access to Goldenraptor’s account before and he did a fine job then as I’m sure he will now. Not to mention that he’s had a long standing history of being helpful to me as well as the other moderators.

Those were my reasons for requesting this. I respect you GR, as I do SA-X, Anonymous, Etain, and Weeman. However, you guys just aren’t active enough any longer. That’s why I requested more. And I realized the mistake of suggesting Kev360 after I sent the message and it was read. I say mistake because I hadn’t remembered that he hasn’t been active recently either.

Right now, we have something like 5 full time moderators (6 if Totalitus is becoming active again like it seems) and 5 part time mods.

Over a year and yeah, thats what they think.

They take seniority as a elite club, like no one else is fit enough to post on this forum. Its really kinda pathetic considering they had to start off as Noobs at one stage too.

Just cause they have been here a while, doesn’t give them the right to throw their weight around and act superior. This is a online forum guys, just chill.
