In the end you must say that enough is enough though. And I’ve had it with this guy, just now I banned his whole ip range from doing guest posting:

60.240.x.x

I know that this may prevent other people from doing guest posting but this is a price that we will have to pay in order to stop this idiot.

I will continue to monitor his IPs and ban them accordingly if he continues :-)
