Eh there’s a possible chance to steal someone’s wireless signal, and I’ve heard a few times where there have been two people in the same apartment complex sharing an IP. (not for sure if these are even legitimate anyway)
That’s actually something I want to try, to see if it would give the same IP, as both my father and I use a router/splitter (thingy) to connect both computers to the internet.
Experiment later, bed calls now.

I didn’t 'pick on him' because of his minor flame. The main reason why I flamed him was because of his posts done as Captain Chaos, which usually had annoying/offensive posts.

Section mods can do it.
First of all, you check on their posts, and when you go to the bottom of the page, it has 'Delete Marked Posts' or something like that.
If you click on it, it takes you to the confirmation screen, showing IP addresses of the posts you checked.
Captain Chaos and Chilly Man’s matched. I can even show you a picture proof, if needed.
If the IP addresses are the same, it’s the same person. IP is NOT “Internet Provider”. IP is “Internet Protocol”. If Chilly and Captain Chaos share an IP, they’re the same person. If you IP banned Captain Chaos’s IP, it would ban Chilly as well because, well, they’re the same person.

Either way, Chilly attempted to lie to you about how he wasn’t CC. And he also lied on how I edited his 'polite post.'
I think that alone deserves a ban. The only thing I am remotely guilty of is editing his post and flaming him, but I did it for a reason. So it shouldn’t be considered guilty at all.
lol. Don’t encourage him, Marly. Skully seems to have this desire to give 24-hour bans for every little thing. Bans really aren’t things you just hand out like candy. A mod staff that gives out bans for everything is usually a weak mod staff.
