Yes, the only thing we could really do was ban the guy permanently and delete any posts he made.

Just a minor suggestion...would it be possible to make it so only a single login is required for both sides of the forum?

I would recommend having a “Forum Help” section in the Misc. forums so users can post up questions or queries regarding the site.
