And I believe the on-topic and off-topic should be combined, I don’t see a point in having two, when both are used for the exact same thing.
Just my thoughts.
Edit: Some other section could always be combined as well.

I think they should be crammed together. School and homework with literature, and movie, music, sport and games in an entertainment section.
