I like how, when you edit messages, the edit fades in and morphs the post. It’s a nice tweak for sure.

A number of tweaks implemented (from www.moviecodec.com):

* javascript-browser form validation on most forms, will tell you most errors directly without posting (saving you going back in your browser)
* the theme from www.moviecodec.com has been added to the lounge. In your account options its called “Version3”

Yesterday there was a 40% spike in traffic in case anyone noticed (from around 10k visits to 14k visits). I’m not exactly sure why, but I’ll try and find out ...

BTW I know that there is a bug in how Internet Explorer 7 (versus all other browsers) renders the avatar. It kinda overflows the author area, I’m looking into fixing it.

Nah I don’t really like V3. I meant the classic version before this update.

Yea i like this one but its kinda confusing it throws u off a little bit cause im used to classic.

Implemented some changes that should increase the browsing speed on the site slightly. All non-essential includes that doesn’t need to be loaded upfront, is now loaded AFTER the page has loaded.

hmmm...not sure if i like the new format.... it’s kinda annoying at times.... but as said previously... maybe that’s just because we aren’t used to it.

When you edit a message and there is an error when trying to save it, it now should give you a better explanation of what is wrong.
