People are making up post about them killing them selves, is there anyway we could stop this?

In the off-topic section I found something about a little girl who wanted to kill herself. Please, trace it and find out whats really going on. You have no idea of how serious she might be. I once made a topic about me myself trying to commit suicide, and I almost did it. is there anyway you can trace the IP address to and E-mail and then that to a home.

If you can I can get the athorities there to see if they can help her.

I would say the only thing any of us really can do is to try to talk to the person. Sometimes it’s someone who just wants attention...sometimes it’s someone who is putting out a cry for help.

How bout we make suicide threads against the rules. We are internet junkies not trained therapists we cant help people from killing themselves. If one is created just give them the number to the suicide help line and close the thread

Nothing. But whene someone comes on the internet saying that they are going to kill themself, I take it very seriously. That girl obviousley needed help, yet we could do nothing. It makes others feel helpless. If they’re going to kill themself, then please leave an address with the topic.
