Orochimaru went down in the worst, most unsatisfying fashion. And then what happens, Sasuke runs off and picks up 3 new fodder characters.

The Deidara arc was the third worst. He appeared so randomly in front of Sasuke and then lost thanks to insane amounts of PIS.

Naruto needs more intense fights. They need more biting violent, raw combat imo.
