Sadly, the site pretty much is entirely full of creeps. Most people believe that no girls here are actually girls.
I have just finished looking over it and (besides me being tired) will likely be advising XTRM and Derdev to be calming it down in that thread, though, not only is it off-topic, but those two are more common to be doing things like that.
I’d also politely advise not to make threads of something happening in one thread, as more often it brings in extremely negative attention such as this incident.
As of now, no official warnings have been issued, unless any other moderator says otherwise. This is mostly because the time the event took place. If it does start up again, though, I will likely be handing out proper warnings.
Again, other moderators may feel free to overrule this.
