I’m going to make a quick yet sort of long speel here...

Bjarne, you have got to be one of the best webmasters in the world, period. Regardless of what people say about this place, it is one of the most excellent and unique(and basic, although this is far from a bad thing) sites I have ever seen at all, and you have done a very good job going with this that I am far beyond impressed. You have an excellent choice of moderators, which I have to give them a huge thumbs up, and that all adds up to you as well.
I have to make a very large and time-long apology to you as well. I have been a pain in your (and the rest of moviecodec’s) behind much more than once, and I have never truly apologized. I owe you and this site more than many people can imagine, for all the friends I have here and all that they have done for me. I have been a pain in your butt more than I’ve given back to you, when without this site I certainly wouldn’t be writing with a good mood, let alone not writing this at all.
If I could give you and everyone here a beverage to cheer with, I would, because you deserve a thousand cheers and countless thanks.
Again, I can’t really thank you enough. Keep going forward with a smile on your face and prosper all throughout life.

I’m gonna say a big thank you to Bjarne.

He needs it. I mean, we sit here and pretty much throw requests at the guy and he does his best and takes time out of his life, for no actual monetary benefit, to make the site a better place for the members us, of which there aren’t that many. He deserves every thank you he can get and all the appreciation we can give.

Thank you for keeping this site payed for and updated for us. I was here back when there wasn’t much of a design to look at and none of these features were even thought about. We just had posts and more posts. You’ve made the site a lot better (hell, it runs better than it used to) since then and you still continue to do so. Even without our requests you are keeping tabs on the working order of the site. You are like a true friend for each of us. So, I can’t really begin to show appreciation.

I should also note how lenient you keep the site on its rules. Sure, some of the spam can be annoying, but the ability to say more random things without a warning is really nice. I think a lot of people saying its becoming too strict really don’t realize how much more lenient it is here.

So, again, thank you and I hope you stay here for a few more great years. One of the better sites not because of what it is, but who is behind it.

I agree completely with what RageOverdose has posted above. My average post counts on other forums is only about 600 posts, here I have over 20,000. It’s because of how much I truly love this site, I’ve made so many friends here, some almost like family to me. Without you Bjarne, none of it would have been possible.
