the subjet of Halo and Metroid Prime

although this me seem like a joke for this site it is a reoccuring debate. although THe Samus vs Master Chief topic has been locked (as well as the Halo vs Metroid Prime topic) this subject willl keep coming back.
Although this may seem stupid I think it should be stickied, therefore it stops the creation of more topics that will have the same kind of fighting

Or it could be in the rules.

This arguement has gone on forever, and we all know who the victor was. People are too arrogant and idiodic on both sides to reach some sort of agreement and argue just for the sake of (and for a while, that was fun). So 076 and I decided just to drop it. People just didn’t stop. No one read the rest of the topic, just to post biased opinions. It is to be discarded.

but it’s not going to stop instead of locking everyone just make one topic and sticky it (make one big vs topic)

Any topic that uses MC and it is obvious MC is outmatched should be locked.

The problem is no one knows what a debate is.

There should be a sticky topic called VS.
This topic can be used to vote or come up with a new vs. topic between characters. If the vs. topic isn’t stupid and eth charactrs are more even then it can be made and will last a week or two.

One mod will be responible for taking care of the current vs. topic and makes sure it remains a debate.

The mod who is taking care of the current vs. topic at hand is the judge and cannot argue but can point out and give out information for anybody’s use. Once the debate is over and one side has won the judge will say who won adn lock the topic.

Then people can vote or come up with a new topic in the sticked VS. topic.

There can also be a separate topic stating the rules for these special debates.

If we go with this people can finally have a real debate on here.

VS. Debates- this is where vs. topics are decided

VS. Rules- the rules for these vs. topics.


I hope they get stickied and VS Rules gets locked. This would solve our problems.
