I’m fairly certain I’ve seen this issue addressed before. But I won’t make the same mistake the previous person made. The original thread was locked under false pretenses before anybody got any say so in it. See here. After I debated the issue through PM with the moderator who locked the thread and won the argument I took liberty of recreating the thread, making slight changes so it couldn’t be accused of being a duplicate thread. Yet he locked it again, citing that it was in violation of the same rules the VS forum moderators in the past had tried to pass off as actual rules of the website like the ones created by the webmaster.
I’d like to request that the original thread or my newly created thread be unlocked. A lecture to the VS sections mods about power trips and how they’re bad might be advisable as well. Thank you.

Nah you made that second one a flame bait thread and the vs forum rules are rules you don’t have to follow. As mentioned in the rules themselves. You could opt out of them. So you chose for this. Not me. Perhaps you need to read more. The fact is, I didn’t make them official. YOU had the power to get out of them and you didn’t.
