Well I expect to be demoted today sometime Bjarne gets on. He has responded to my email, thanking me for my hard work and dedication and he understands my reasons for bowing out of the admin/mod circle.

Its been swell guys and gals..

But lets not let one period of spam and porn turn into some agument for incompetance or the need for more mods.

Deleting and banning takes time and while I understand you want diciplinary action done right away, its just not possible. its the nature of things and the only way this will change is if we have an equal number of mods/admins as there is messages and posts. this way each can tackle a mesage each and it can be done in a few seconds...but lets face it..thats unreasonable.

In my leaving I would like to say this...give the mods and admns some slack..they do what they can with no pay. You think you cold do better and maybe you could..but for how long..

Just be happy with what you have and be thankful they care enough to clean up the shit that happens when it does.
