And where are all the moderators? I only see Hijjacc and occasionally Dante around here nowadays?

allright, well, you got me there. If a account isn’t possibly usable....then perhaps...not like it matters really tho also.
And, having seen may mods and admins wo have kpt their powers , and came back and did a fine job fterwards... i dunno...I guess im a second chances guy.....
You do realize that admin don’t have the power to make someone a section mod or to take that power away don’t you? Only Bjarne has that ability. So you’ll need to take that up with him.
As for a sticky request - you have the right to make a request, but an admin also has the right to agree or disagree about it.

I shouldn’t have to make that request, I am a moderator of that section.. I should be able to do it. And after 3000 posts you would think the thread would be stickied by now. If you don’t want to sticky it then so be it, I will wait until I can do it myself.. I have already waited 4 months I am sure I can handle a few more weeks.
Would be nice to have another admin around to keep tabs on the place for when Bjarne isn’t around. Someone who has the same amount of forum experience he does, or at least a bit of forum experience to at least help update the forum when it’s needed, etc.
Reality you should have just asked me personally and I would have done it straight away, I think its a very vital thread with some helpful tips to do with personal fitness...next time you know what to do...just ask me
I’ve let everyone know in the contest/trivia section that I wont be around for two weeks and that the sotw is on hold.
Buuut, I’m guessing this has very little to do with me anyway.

Hardly, I have noticed this quite frequently in the past months. Which is why I spend most of my time while on here in the sports section. The other section moderators (except treenmph, Games Moderators and Vs forum moderators) are not doing their job to the fullest. Perhaps that was bias as I don’t look at every thread every second and note whats happening buuuttt this site definitely needs cleaning up.
the mods aren’t here cause there is nothing interesting to discuss. the site is full of “batman vs. spiderman, who sucks more cock?" and “goku, VAGita and picachu vs. dr. strectched-ass, opinions please."
I tried demodding you ages ago- like a few days after you requested it but found that I was unable. I filed a request to Bjarne but he is, as is to be expected- busy and hasn’t gotton around to doing as you have asked. He does have a life outside the forum.
As for the sticking, I say what I always say of late..if its important, it will remain near the top as it is getting enough posts to float it without a sticky. I think stickies get abused too much. I’m sure everyone has a reason for a topic to be stickied, especially a topic author. However..one persons desire does not hold sway to reason or athsetics.

Yes, I am a big problem. Lately I’ve been viewing the front page just to see if there are any interesting topics, and since there pretty much have been none I didn’t see the point of logging in. This one interested me so I logged in, as I did yesterday.
