Why can't i have my password sent to me?

I have been away for a while and when i tried 2 sign as shizzle the e-mail for my password was not sent but i also cant register as the e-mail adress is in use.
Bjarne if u read this could you plese try and get an e-mail to my adress stating my password as i would still like to be part of this forum.
