I really didn’t know and I still have no clue why.
Can someone explain?
Yes, yes I did troll Cid, and so what? Cid trolled me too, he also used a lot of racial slurs against me,made an attempt to insult my intelligence and my looks. He also edited my personal pics, are you telling me I get banned and he doesn’t?
Because Bjarne took what Cid was saying at face value, and changed 2 of the posting rules
1) Cracks, warez, serialz, illegal files (this includes using other peoples copyrighted works without permission) etc. You are not allowed to discuss these things or post links to these things! Posting or using plagiarized work falls under this rule also.

10) Posting personal information like SN numbers, addresses or personal images without permission is not allowed. Doing so can easily lead to being banned.
So the guest who posted the picks gets no punishment yet the people who replied to them do

Oh plus all of Cids “Copyrighted works” are plagiarized seeing as he’s taking Renders of Copyrighted material and turning them into his “own works” But that’s how Cid rolls
I gave fair warning of what would happen. Bjarne also updated the rules, so now members pictures can’t be posted without that member’s consent and you can’t steal other people’s art. Rules #1 and #10.
What did you expect? When I receive complaints I look at what I find and act accordingly. If you have complaints against a particular topic you can always report it to me.
Do you have the rights to re-distribute the pictures in question?
Do you think that it is ok to reply to such posts quoting the original pictures? (repeating the offense, and being inflamatory)
The rules weren’t really expanded, just made clearer.
Of course, there is bound to be a bit of randomness in this issue, also because there is sometimes, as in this case, more behind it. Ie. bashing, flaming etc. If for instance you post images of me, which has happened numerous times, well then not a bloody thing will happen =D

If so, we would have to stop any signature competitions (which largely use copyrighted work). Not to mention Cid will have to stop posting his “graphic work” on MVC.
Also, which country’s copyright laws are we adhering to here?
