A Good Strategy Game for PSP

I want to know of a good strategy game for psp.

Something where there is a map and you go on a conquest to take it over.

I’ve been looking at games like Final Fantasy Tactics but they don’t seem to be doing it for me. All the Final Fantasy games have the same magic spells and the only mode it has for single player is the story mode, which is fine for one play through but after that there is nothing. I don’t like playing through story mode more than once. If it had an alternate mode where you choose a map and build an empire I would get it.
And I heard there was slow down.

What PSP games would be good with a $50 budget.

I probably want one strategy game and one action game but both need replayability.

Fire Emblem DS

I have a DS but don’t like Fire Emblem. It’s too simplistic for me. But I am happy with the Mario games.

I’m actually looking into getting that game when it goes down to $20. I liked the gameboy advanced games.

Disgaea is like Fire Emblem + Final Fantasy = totally f*cking awesome.

I know it’s a shootign game but what is it like? I heard it has a top down perspective and wierd camera. How is multiplayer?
