change the size to 100X100 pixels, the res to 100px/inch, and save it as a low quality JPEG.

jpeg doesnt work, ive tried says it needs to be JPG, GIF or PNG.

mines a JPEG. JPEG is a type of JPG.

never worked for mine...
im gonna see if i can get rid of this stupid GIF one then...cant find resolution though...
no ive changed it back to jpeg says its the wrong type still....

weird. mines a JPEG. i even checked the file type.

yea, and the resolution is 96x96 dots per square inch...
its perfect though, 96x96 resolution, 3,238 bytes...WHY WONT IT WORK!!

ya, im trying a gif and a jpg file and niether of them are working. my pic meets all the requirements yet it says “Uploaded avatar image must be of type GIF, JPG or PNG!" so, then i yell at the comp. screen “I IS A GIF IMAGE!!!!" it is getting realy annoying. i have also tried a jpeg version and that doesent work either.

put it in gif and make it less than 100x100

tried that. it is 68 by 51 and it is 10.2 kb. it is a gif already. yet, it insistes on being stupid.

ive done JPEG before, should be the same and i see dozens of people with JPEG but mine doesnt work...
then i scream at the screen, punch my fist through the keyboard and get another from my closet...
crappy gif shit thing...
i have a PNG type, but the file size is too big...

i gtg out and do some yard work. someone should make a thread of this in the feedback form.

it said that mine was less then 100x100 so it didn’t work and it was a jpeg and it didn’t work i try to change the stuff and i can’t no matter what i try it won’t work

Heres the specs of my avatar.
File Type: JPEG
File Size: 13.5 KB
Resolution: 200 pixels/inch
Dimensions: 0.5 X 0.5 inches
Pixel Dimensions: 100 X 100

and mine are virtually the same:
file type: jpeg
file size: around 4,000
dimensions: 98x100 pixles (or whatever size it was)
i mean its exactly the same as this one i have but its jpeg, thats the only diff...

The only reason I was able to...copatibalize the pic is cus i got teh photoshop.

i have pictureproject, maybe i can use that...
ive tried MS paint but thats how i got this GIF verson, maybe if i turn the GIF verson to JPG with PP i can put it on....
