animal crossing mod.

i was in my attic a while ago and dug up my old gamecube, i opened it up and found animal crossing, and i thought “shit i wonder what i’d do if i could mod this game”
so heres some ideas i had

new “fruits”- rotten apple, worm infested peach, decomposing pear, putrid orange, decaying cherry, zombie head (grows on what used to be palm trees)

new tree types- burnt trees instead of cedar trees, swampish trees instead of normal trees, slashed trees instead of palm trees

wishing well changed to sacrificial altar

new ground textures- burnt ground (grey with bones showing) rotting ground (purpleish with some green, inspired by blighted ground from warcraft 3) marshy ground, Murky water, bloody water, polluted water.

train station replaced with dark circle (step into to teleport to other village)

new hand held items: machete (cuts down trees) pitch fork (dig up stuff) harpoon (“catch” fish)pointy stick (“catch” bugs) skull staff (beat up neighbors) flail (beat up neightbors) bloody sword (beat up neighbors)

other stuff
replace pitfall with spike trap
replace store with crypt
replace weeds with corpse hands sticking out of ground
replace gyroids with different types of floating zombie heads.

any others ideas that could make this game kick ass?

would be cool to add a construction utility, build your own buildings and train defenses to protect town from invading demons, undead and such. it would give it a sort of city simmulation and rts feel.
but first you have to take over the town by removing the current mayor (a random animal) from power.
