I have civ4 and the warlords expansion. I was a little pissed off because I felt that the game should have been like that in the first place... After all the bugs when it first came out (remembr how bad they were?) I think they released it too soon.

that being said, it’s highly addictive and now that it’s patched I love it. the only complaints is there’s no airborne troops and the artillery system sucks; I like the artillery in Alpha Centauri!

ok for all of u who have it i have a prblm...whenever i downlaod the update to play online the game suddenly crashes. Any ideas?

do u have the original civ4 or do u have it with an expansion? i have civ4 and warlords, but yea i cant seem to download the update for warlords either(but maybe its because i got warlords through torrents). btw, wouldnt an online game last really long, maybe more than 10 hours?

hmm, i cant imagine how long online games will take and if u can even finish it one day. i mean ur probably going to take breaks when playing civilization. and the SP is really fun and addictive anyway. u can customize quite a lot and stuff...

Torrents themselves are not, however, when used to download software, songs, movies ect that normally would require purchase, such as a expansion for a PC game, thats when it becomes illegal and against site rules.
