Me and zucas have been talking in PM’s lately, and we believed to of found a way to increase activity in the overall MvC clan.
How you ask?
A Moviecodec Clan Weekly Newsletter.
How would this work?
every Friday, I would post in a thread (hopefully stickied) with a weekly update on how the clans progressing, clan leaders, (Ie leaders of the divisions) I would need you, once a week, to write a brief, or Long update on what happened clan wise in the last week, have it PM’d to me, I would edit them together and fix them up a bit (spelling errors mostly, thanks Firefox spell checker) and probably some help from zucas as well in that department.
So after that is posted I would head the the MVC weekly newsletter thread, post it, and the members of MvC could read up on behind closed doors things about MvC, tournaments they couldn’t participate in, etc etc.
I also have a few rules I would only tell the clan leaders.
clan leaders you wouldn’t be allowed to tell anyone other then me or the other clan leaders what your writing in your update, I would want it to be something the casual members could look forward to read each friday. I would also be writing my half of the update, for the 360 division of course.
the end of each update would feature an image of say the closest upcoming tournaments, maybe a funny image I or one of the others drew etc etc.
And clan leaders, The newsletter IS happening, I need all of you once a week to give maybe 20 mins of your time to write about it, of course if someone misses an update here and there I’ll understand, but if your forgetting CONSTANTLY clan leaders, you’ll have me to deal with.

ALSO me and zucas were thinking about possibly expanding on this idea, a weekly clan leader podcast instead of newsletter. If you have some feedback about this idea let us know.

CPO i got an idea....we should try to get all the leaders to buy a mic....then once everyone has a mic we should all have a prodcast (liek Zucas’s Gamer Episodes) only about the clan and stuff. We should all allow each other to take turns. Wat u think? I’ll have a mic by Xmas.
Well for one thing paragraphs, I don’t want a massive mountain of text.
what I want you to add is stuff you deemed fit for public MvC members to see,I don’t want the secret stuff (there will be secret stuff, I’ve got a few plans) but you could always teas with stuff like:
so this week CPO showed a new program called *BEEP* which he wants to use to make the clan better, I was blown away by it, you guys will be excited when you see what he’s got in store for the clan. (example)

thats why were doing a newsletter first and a podcast later, not all leaders have a mic.
and the podcast would most likely involve us all chatting together about things.
