Bioshock sucks

I don’t know why everyone loves this game. Sure, the storyline is great and it looks good, but the gameplay is downright horrible.

- Fontaine looked like a fucking academy award.

- Vita chambers remove all difficult from the game. Honestly, what is this? Lego Star Wars?

- The Plasmids don’t feel very 'bio-ish' to me. Fireballs, lighting, ice. Might as well just have called it magic.

- Half the bosses are easier to kill than Big Daddies.

- Being a Big Daddy sucked. All I got was tunnel vision and 25% damage resistence. How about getting to use one of those giant rivet guns or drills? That would have been awesome.

- Multiplayer would have been nice. Especially in deathmatches with the choice of being either a splicer of big daddy.

- Why don’t splicers use plasmids against you?

- I can’t even see what plasmids and gene tonics I have equipped in my inventory. System Shock 2 had that feature, why couldn’t Bioshock?

- I was expecting better than an escort mission near the end of the game, honestly.

- Only one gory moment in the entire thing. Incorporating some more survival horror elements along with FPS and RPG could have been nice.

- The whole thing feels a bit cartoony to me. I know it’s supposed to be part RPG, but the splicers bounce around like retarded puppets.
