Well to sum it up, this guy made a thread claiming he got an invitation on his Wii to test the SSBB beta demo channel. He posted a bunch of pictures and even a video to prove it, but everyone caught on and realized it was all photoshopped.

Here’s the funny thing, it won’t be like the COD4 beta if it did happen. This thread is the worst thing to get any type of info from, also what would nintendo have to lose by allowing a demo channel for this game; hell, the MP3 channel helped to boost its sales, why wouldn’t they want to get this type of publicity? I only started this thread because I got a news post about a rumor and thought it would be interesting to discuss, nothing less or more.

I actually got a news post on my Wii about the rumor from miiplaza.com saying to keep your fingers crossed for a demo, but not to hold your breath waiting for this rumor to come to fruition.

I hope that they’ll be adding a Demo channel soon... It wold be genious.
