OK so here’s the scoop, on one side you have Carl Johnson of GTA: San Andreas and on the other side Tommy Vercetti of GTA: Vice City. Setting: Los Venturas, no rival gangs anywhere, money out the wing wang, no rules, any weapons, and any tactics. Who will win, you tell me?

CJ would because his game has better cheats. Without them, it would still be the same outcome. Some of them are the same on both games, yes, but San Andreas adds more.

Gameplay wise, there is no doubt that CJ is superior to Tommy. However Story wise Tommy’s Mafia-style Gang and ruthless personality would give him the upper hand(There Vercetti style gives him the upper hand and if anyone wants to include Gangs there is no way in hell a bunch of Street thugs are going to stop the “Marios” or atleast what one of their fan names are, unless we include support from the Mountain Cloud Boys and Aztecs but let’s not go there now.)
Did I ever mention Tommy Vercetti is the most bad ass Video Game character, he freakin rules and is voiced by Ray Liotta for God sake(Ray and Samuel L. Jackson, who voiced Officer Tenpenny are the best voice actors of GTA along with the guy who voiced CJ).
ok, comparing gameplay additions has nothing to do with the characters
because if Vice City came after San Andreas then it would have more gameplay additions
we r not comparign which game has better mechanics and so on
we r comparing characters and they’re resources
not what was added in their games
CJ has a disorganized gang
Tommy has more of an actual mafia, which mafias r very organized and close
u don’t ever mess with a mafia unless u don’t mind signing ur contract to hell
