COD4 , Double Tap or Stopping Power?

Which perk is the most efficient?

Stopping Power increases bullet damage , while Double Tap increases fire rate of your gun...SO, which is better for downing enemies.... does it depend on situation? or gun, in SOME cases?

Only been killed once by it, and tons have it. It isn’t that good. The Desert Eagle may make it worth while, but I’m a long range killer anyway.

If you’re missing shots it won’t matter how fast you shoot. That, and most guns shoot fast enough anyway.

Double tap works on the AK-47 the thing is already a beast power wise, its fire rate just needs to go up...but on almost any other gun, its useless
