Butterfly has turning to her old gamer ways and wants a NDS and I’ll probably buy one too fr some kick ass games also and multiplayer, but the question I want to ask is...Ís the DSi worth the extra $99 aus over the cheaper DS Lite.

ANyone whos played both or researched both or even owns a ds can help out.

K thx.

Yeah, I wouldn’t suggest DSi. The missing GBA slot sucks because some games require use of it to play (like guitar hero), and chances are you have an mp3 player anyway so its multimedia is a moot point

But are there many good gba games out?

also, guitar hero being excluded, does anyone else know of any other games that require the gba slot..

Well if you plan on playing the current gen pokemon games the GBA slot is required to get certain pokemon with the GBA pokemon games in the slot

None.

However, both the DS and DSi sucks balls. Don’t get either. I’ve owned one and tried the other. Do NOT buy either.

Get an iphone. For the price, you get better shit. You get fucking PEGGLE!

Peggle’s on DS.

And the iphone’s a piece of shit, in fact I’d say every touch screen phone is.

Hmmm, I was unaware...

Oh well, it’s 20 bucks cheaper on iphone, and that’s a fact. It also looks better.

If you care about playing GBA games, then get the DS Lite. But the DSi is just a better piece of hardware in every way over that of the DS Lite. So unless GBA games is something you are looking into, then DSi is your choice.
