DSi sucks

I’m fine with the first generation ds to be honest, DSi just seems like a waste of money/a desperate attempt to make more and besides the only games i really play now are phoenix wright and castlevania series - but i agree with everything game master said.

DSI BLOWS CHUNKS what i think is going to happen is the developers switch over to dsi. Nintendo needs to follow Sony with its backwards capability. This is the 2nd reason why i always bought playstation 2, and 3 before GC and Wii (1st being games). It gives me the ability to play old games while i wait for new good one without whipping out an old console.

DSI sucks hands down. Most people will not use all its funtions and people will just wont care, also like me I will not support Nintendo on losing the gba slot

the SD thing is great,
and the fact that we can download games, kinda takes away the need for the GBA slot..
i mean i believe that they are going to start doing what they did with the Wii and all those and make it so you can download old GB, and GBA games.
dont have one yet, but after i get a PS3 and 360, im going for one

Seriously, although the dsi is a bit overpriced (extra $100 AUS more than a dslite), the new features seem to make it more desirable.

Sure there is no gba slot, but when you can buy a gba for like $20 aus second hand refurbished, its really non issue. As for Guitar hero..big whoop. One game folks. You’re saying the system is shit cause you can’t play one game?

how soes that even compute? If its that bad for you, buy a ds lite. Simple. If you, like me think that guitar hero ds is a big load of hand cramping crap, get a dsi.

theres no reason to condem a new system cause its not compatible with one game or wont play old games. Hell, the new ps3’s arren’t backwards compatible and when you think about it, if you have a stockpile of old games say ps2 or gba, just play them on the original console..afterall you would have the original console otherwise you wouldn’t have the games.

Also, if you want to play gba games or ps2 games that you don’t own but are epic, then buy the console it works on. Hell, people bought wii’s just for ssbb, smg, MK and Zelda, so why not pick up a cheap console to play the games you have to have.

Don’t be whinging cause a new console isn’t a all in one sollution to your games libary. Boohoo I can’t play my original Nes carts on the snes or my snes carts on the cube..I can’t play origial GB games on a new ds lite or dsi.

I own a ps2 with over 700 games. I also have a ps3 with 20 odd games. Do I Play any of my ps2 games anymore..No wai. Theres more than enough new gen games to keep me satisfied.

people need to stop ragging on a new system cause its different and tries to step forward. They’re trying to evolve. Perhaps you should try to as well.
