Fable 2 or animal crossing 2?

Now I have alot of spare cash and am thinking of buying another console. My favriout upcoming games(besides gta4) are animal crossing 2 and Fable 2. So can I get you peoples opinions and witch game is going to be more fun so I can make up my mind on witch console to get

Fable 2 but you have a PS3 so you should prob go with something different, hit the Wii

Depends on what you like more dude. Killing bandits and playing table games or organizing your home and playing classic Nintendo Games.

My personal opinion would be go Animal Crossing and Wii since you have a PS3 and *possibly* Oblivion.

No I didnt get oblivion even though I thought morrowind was a incredibly great games after fable the combat in the elder scrolls game just got boring and stale

Yah, but Oblivion is considerably better then Fable 1, although Fable was awesome. But if you don’t have Oblivion on the PS3 then just refer to my first post here.

Personally I thought Fable was an apsolute atrocious game. I can’t even begin to believe how someone as good of a dev like Peter Moylneaux created such a bad game. And personally becuase of me not like Fable 1 there is no way I woudl ever reccommend the second one.

Of course this is just me. I just thought Fable was bad. Really bad. But if you liked Fable 1 then chances are you’ll like Fable 2. But Animal Crossing on the Wii will have quite an extensive online setup, as it’s DS counterpart so replay value will be quite high. And if you are a big Animal Crossing fan then Animal Crossing Wii is a must have. But it just comes down to 2 things. Which series do you like better and do you have enough money to get this new system. Meaning I say your best bet is going for Wii and Animal Crossing as it’ll compliment your PS3 quite nicely while 360 and Fable 2 would be quite nice, the 360 doesn’t offer that much new that the PS3 can’t already give you.

In all honesty everything the 360 offers the PS3 offers just as well and in some cases better. The only exception is Halo.

That pretty much sums it up. There are reasons why Halo always has impressive sales and makes records with preorders and sales. I hate to say it but it is the lone killer AP type title on the Xbox systems. And it’s really hard to not recognize that. 360 has a lot of other great titles but it doesn’t have anything that can do what Halo can do while the other systems have more titles that can do those numbers. And I’m not trying to be bias at all I’m just looking at sales trends and hype and preorders and it make ssense that way.

But yeah... unless you want another power console the Wii would be a good choice.

But I still say go with whichever game you like more, and also... don’t base you buy off of one game. Have a look at the upcoming titles topic (and don’t bitch about the lack of PS3 games on the list, Silver and I have both pointed it out to Buggzy) and see which one has more interesting upcoming games and make your decision based on that.

even halo i question, so far it doesnt look all that great, it definatly hasnt stood out from the crowd that much compared to other games like gears of war and killzone 2 and little big planet

Eh... nah... Halo 3 has pretty much blown everything out of the water.

It’s preordered freaking 4,000,000 games. :/

i meant at e3, did it really stand out? i mean no one really paid too much atention to it even tho people were expected to be really hyped bout the game. and so far the gameplay looks the same as the original, no new dual weilding, nothing from what i know thats really just not a tossed on thing, theres no locking on to walls for strategy like gears of war

I would go with Animal Crossing, but that’s just what I would get.

I hate Animal Crossing so I would get Fable 2.
