man with my recent Internet shortage I’ve really clocked in some 140+ hoursand have yet have not found all thus is one of the best games I’ve played in the past 5 years
My biggest argument for fallout 3 is vats. In oblivion putting a helmet on somhow protects your legs... and in fallout if a supermutant is stronger than you you can systematicly defeat it, crippling the legs so its slower than you, critical headshots etc, Oblivion has no equivalent system though which gives fallout the edge in combat. My other bone to pick with Oblivion is that near the end of the game you have what you thought would be a godly player but when you wander around you encounter lvl 30 bandits with ridiculously powerful daedric armour
point being is that you never get any feeling of power, of which fallout 3 gives you at level 20
Fallout 3 catches my attention more than oblivion did, but oblivion was more open I think. Overall Fallout I liked over Oblivion since it was modern or futuristic, and swords and bows aren’t my preferred weapon of mass destruction, nukes were.

FUCK YOU BETHESDA, THE ONE EXPANSION I WANT AND YOU MAKE IT FUCKING EXCLUSIVE! GO DIE IN A HOLE YOU MOTHERFUCKERS!
BTW, FO3 is more slow paced because of the strategy factor AND the story. The story MAKES it slow paced. I mean, if you enjoy just ACTION, then go play FPS. RPGs are not like that.
