Female spartan voice.

Anyone who visited B.net the update before this one knows this. there will be an option for a female spartan voice for MP, well... There might be a flaw in the recording...

ya, because Frankie was playing live a few days ago, and for a few matches straight, a few of the members were female, and it isn’t going to take alot of programming to add it it, so they figured, “What the hell”
