Been a fan of both for years but seems like Fifa took the lead over PES at around 2008.
Seems like this year wont be any different. Played the demo for both on PS3 and I gotta say my vote goes to Fifa 10. Gameplay is great, control-speed has improved A LOT, 360º dribble-angles, more skill-ful players are able to actually use their skills to get past defenders with more ease (something you wouldn’t notice a difference with on earlier Fifa games).
To PES’s defence, the game is pretty solid, but it’s just too arcade-y. Graphics on PES blow Fifa’s out of the water, but gameplay is what matters here and Fifa delivers.
This is just judging on the DEMOS not on the full games. How about you guys? Tried either? Post your opinions.
