I still dont understand with you people and hateing a game like halo2. I personally don’t think that it is the best game ever, i think there are handfulls that are better, but its not bad. Its probally one of the best multiplayer games on xbox(but then again xbox doesnt have that many great games). And if your making fun of the “fanboys” of the game, make fun of them. Not the people who spent hours of work on it and tried to make the best games they could under a slave driven machine *cough*microsoft*cough*.

My brother likes halo1 and we dont have an xbox (ps2) so we played it at my friends house and my brother loves the game so halo is cool i like the co some thing where two people can play in the campan idk thats how you spell it. GTA is fun and i love that game but the two player part is not what i wishing for. Halo1 10 out of 10 GTA 10 out of 10. I have no played Halo2 cuz i dont have an xbox.

Halo 2 is a GREAT game, though HL2 is superior. And those who say that you can’t compare xbox and pc games: Halo DOES have a PC version, and it owns!
In Halo, you can only have two weapons which adds to the strategy. The story is very original, not like that bullcrap in UT... In UT you jsut go running around with an arsenal of n00b weapons (redeemer, rocket launcher that can fire 5 rockets at a time). Halo actually requires skills.

LOL n00b weapons...want to play UT2004 with me?I’ll shred your Halo fanboy ass to bits.It takes time to master UT2004’s weapons,you don’t just point and shoot.Take the shock rifle for example,you genius.I don’t think you know how hard it is to pull a shock combo online.
Besides,if you took the liberty of reading what you wrote,you should know that only about 6 maps have the Redeemer...which I DO NOT use.
AND if you would take the liberty of playing Unreal,you’d know what UT,UT2003 and UT2004 is about...an Unreal focusing on MULTIPLAYER,not some gay singleplayer campaign with bullets in the 24th century(Skaarj rule!)
The Rocket Launcher doesn’t shoot 5 rockets at at time,smarty.It shoots one or 3 with the secondary fire.Which by the way is risky because has long loading time.Take that for tactical options.
Play Onslaught.THAT requires skill.If you ever heard of words like “Core”,“Power Nodes” or “Link Gun Alt-Fire”(which I doubt)you’ll find a choke full of strategy and action.But since you guys are busy using Fuel Rod guns and riding Warthogs,I’m not expecting you to understand.Nor I wish.
P.S.Half-Life 2’s single smashes Halo 2 out the window.

If anyone asked me to compare Half-Life 2 to Doom 3 I couldn’t because both, to me, are flawless games but, I really don’t see what the big deal is with the Halo series. Even speaking in terms of JUST console games I would still say that Resident Evil 4, or GTA series are better. If I even narrow it farther to JUST multiplayer-consol games I would say Red Faction 2 is better than halo will ever be.


My opinion... Halo 1 AND 2 are the MOST over rated games of ALL TIME.

yeah, halo’s story line is good, but then again is so similiar to..sorry to day, half life. In both games there are things that latch on to things, causing them to turn into “zombies”. In both games, The enemys from the first game (in halo, its the humans and convenat elites, and half life its the humans and the vorgrunt) become allies to attack common enemies. And both games ended with really upseting ending.(if you know what i meen)

What im trying to get at here is that the halo story line isnt orginal, it isnt new. I like the multiplayer part of the game, but how can you say it’s story line is great.

p.s. Unreal tournament is just a multiplayer game of the the Unreal story line. The Unreal story line is really nice.
