Yu don’t need to get them all to beat Mario 64. They were extras to increase replay value.

The same with God of War. You beat it and unlock more stuff.

Heavenly Sword is probably the same way. Once you beat it you unlock another mode or something to increase replay value.

If Heavenly sword has cool skirmishes, i MAY reconsider, but i don’t want to waste my precious money for a days worth of fun...

I have no doubt it will have some replay value, but the demo did not leave that great of an impression, it was short, the fighting was fun and stuff, but if thats all you do for 6 hours... whats the point? IMO
