arceus can be caught at an event or u can use gameshark or action replay, if u use gameshark than u can get a shiny black or red one.

If you get action replay use the run anywhere code. Sail to full moon island to get the crecent wing to fix the sailor’s kids nightmares. after you do that, go back to full moon island and run to the right untill you reach new moon island. there you will find darkrai. I used a master ball so I dnt know how hard he is to catch. next for shaymin, look at your map and find the spot that is the most left spot of land (near the pokemon leauge). got there and use the run anywhere code and just keep running straight. it should say your on the spring path or something.(you should be running through flowers) then at the end shaymin is sitting in some flowers. he’s cute, but not much for battling. He learns some helpful moves that will heal your party of satus probs but that’s pretty much it. Arcues is another event pokemon, but the only one you need the item for (as far as I know) I do not know how to get the Flute so you’re on your own there.
