how do you get the "Azure Flute" in pokemon Dimond

i need an azure flute really badly!!!!!!!!

Hey guys, don’t wanna sound to annoying or pesky, begging for answers, well you see, i have the R4 Revolution game card for the Ds Lite. I have some accesible cheats but not enough. I wanna know how to get the azure flute withouth the trading of the flutes from fire red or from pokemon battle revolution. I do know that there is a man in Green in a poke mart but i don’t have him and in the starter page when i load my Diamond file it says third in line, Mystery Gift. It says would you like to trade online, etc. PLZ help me. I have a Darkrai, Heatran, Giratina, Cresselia and Dialga as the legendaries. Oh and someone plz tell me how to get PALKIA!!! Thank you.
