Well first just how strong is the Hulk prior getting mad to when he is super duper enraged, cmon dudes i first gotta know how he ranks next to Ogre and Jinpachi before we can assume anyone wins here.

Jin can Punch people flying about 100 meters be shot with know damage at all take the full brunt from the blast of a nuke, rip apart Titanium like tissue paper and fire intence eye beams (he also seems to be able to use a pychic wave to destroy things at a range like horangs bike) oh yeah and can fly.
