I FUCKING HATE MS

Can’t these dipshits make anything that doesn’t fail. So yea I’m trying to buy the legendary Halo 3 mappack. The credit card registered on my account is an old one and my mom won’t let me use her new one so I go and buy a 1600 MS Pts card. MISTAKE. I go to redeem the code and apparently Xlive won’t recognize it. I search the status code online and apparently this has been happening to a lot of people for awhile. And MS won’t do anything about it. Fuck you MS. $20 down the drain into your greedy bitchy hands.

Try bringing it back to the store and saying it didn’t work or something. Hopefully they might give u another one, but i doubt they will.

I’ve already read so many different people’s experiences with MS about this issue. And calling them is just a waste of time.

Call them and explain the situation. But let me get this straight. You bought 1600MS points form a store? Or from the marketplace itself?

Well atleast try to do something. Just sitting their and complaining about it without even tyring to fix the prblm is stupid. Complain about it after you’ve tried to fix the prblm.

Well reading everyone else’s experience their’s no point. All they will say is it hasn’t been activated by the store who sold it so you have to go back. You’ll go back and they’ll tell you its activated upon purchase. Same old bullshit cause MS refuses to admit they fucked something else up.

Oh I know what happened, Zuc. Someone has already used your code. If you spend 10-20 minutes sitting around guessing codes you’ll get one right and get free stuff. Most likely someone did this and got your code.

I feel for ya, just call MS and try to get it sorted out.

What they do is get a trial and use the last 4 digits to get more time. It’s a gamble though. It could give them a year, or it could give them 48 hours.

Same goes for points. They can get the motherload, or get a couple hundred.

Also, find out who used the code Zucas, you can ask MS support and they can ban the person who guessed and got lucky.

Yerah, M$ does suck at making things and apparently their cards don’t work too well either. But it’s stupid to compalin about the prblm instead of trying to fix it. U can still complain about it but atleast try and fix it.

If all else fails, change the last 4 digits and take the gamble. It’ll fuck over somebody else though lol.

Also, go to the store and have them reactivate it just in case they goofed the first time.
