That or a Guitar Hero: Punk Bands or simply put some of their songs in the fucking game already. I mean some of their songs are perfect for the aspects of the game. Not just the guitaring, but the drumming and singing part as well. I mean take Jesus of Suburbia for a moment. 9 minutes of instrumental goodness and awesome vocal areas. I mean this could be the really hard song ya got to do. And so many of their songs would just fit great on the game.

And on this add me some more Blink 182, Sum 41, and New Found Glory and I’ll be one happy camper. I can dream right.

Funny, that’s what I’m listening to right now. That would be so awesome to play as a band in World Tour or Rock Band 2. I’m totally creating that song when I get the game.

Guitar Hero IV will be better than Rockband. It comes out in October. Hopefully they will have over 100 songs and include other bands. I like how III was mainstream but had some not so main stream songs.

Yea well I want them to use punk songs as well. Already hear Blink 182 is in it so I’m happy. But wonder why it’s so hard to get Green Day in there. Maybe has something to do with their record company, who knows. I mean would be a dream to play Jesus of Suburbia in GH4.

They had punk bands. It was actually because III was supposed to be Legends only. Though some of the bands weren’t even legends.
I’m sure in IV they’ll finally get to Green Day. There’s a lot of bands out there.
I just hope it’s not the American Idiot song. When September Ends was mature and really deep. I consider it their best.

Wake Me Up When September Ends just makes me so gosh darn depressed. It’s such a deep song. And I like the American Idiot song, it’s just most don’t understand what it means, especially in context to the entire album as a whole, which is really just a masterpiece.

I haven’t listened to green Day in a while...

Anyways, are you suggesting a GH dedicated to GD?

Well I just think about the meaning of the song in all contexts. IN relation to the album’s story, it’s basically him in depressed and remorse mode after going through all this to try and find something better he ends up in something so much worse. And now he jsut wants it to go all away.

And in another context it’s talking about remorse of 9/11. It’s not the 11th song on the album by coincidence by the way.

And finally it’s Billy Joe Armstrong, lead singer, talking about his father’s death which happened in September. It’s really just a depressing song, but it’s deep and strong. Just excellent writing.

It’s too political for me. I kind of want to forget politics when it comes to music.

Ya know really only the first song is heavily political. And it’s really not that political. It’s more or less aimed at the media. I love it’s message.

The rest of the songs have occasional statements towards politics and stuff, but other than that it’s really just a story about a troubled young person looking for something better than he has. It’s a rock opera.

Yes I’m so happy about it. This is why I want the game so bad. Create any song I want on there.

If yall haven’t noticed music is like my life. It’s what I live for.

music is pretty cool. Occasionally, I’ll find a song that just excels above others. And it feels like my mind just sinks into it.

Yea haha. I associate music with everything. How I feel, other people, things, places, ect. Always listening to music, and when I’m not I’m singing it.
