If Sony never got Final Fantasy

What do you think would of happened if Sony and the Playstation never had a Final Fantasy game on it, and it all came out on N64 and Gamecube?

Personally i think the Playstation would be the underdog as Final Fantasy was one of it’s biggest selling points, and without sales developers would go over to the other consoles.

ur true in a way, ps1 sales were dull until it got ff7 and metal gear solid, which is the reason why if it does fail this gen its cus its loosing all its games to 360, altho 360 isnt selling very much anyways
